Retirement update:

Since retiring on April 30, 2104 I have been very busy. Most of it has been fun. Aside from the little heat attack in June, life in retirement is everything I had hoped for. Time for my hobbies of model trains, fling drones, and making family videos has occupied a good deal of my hours. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week at the request of my doctors( the least favorite minutes spent in the day) but I leave time for walks with my dog and naps (also with my dog). I am a big fan of the University of Maryland, my alma matter, and attend all of the lady Terps basketball games. My wife and I will take some trips (Costa rica & the Panama Canal are coming up) and I am hoping to once again return to the final four in Tampa. I miss my patients but not work. Do not follow me on Twitter- I do not have a clue about that but you may occasionall see me post on Facebook. If you see me out and about please say hello and mention your name because as I get older I tend to forget a little. Stay healthy and do not forget to laugh a lot and eat some Tasty-cakes and ice cream- life is meant to be enjoyed and is not all sacrifice.
