We are committed to providing guidance to our patients any time it is needed.

Starting April 30, 2025, we will be using a triage advice line, Triage4Pediatrics, for after hours advice and guidance.
When you call the office number after hours, you will hear the voicemail message, please press 0 to be connected to the nurse advice line at Triage4Pediatrics.

Most insurance companies have a toll-free advice line, which can be found on the insurance card. This is a valuable resource for medical questions.

If your insurance does not provide this service, or if you wish to speak with one of our providers regarding an urgent medical problem that cannot wait until regular business hours, please call the office number at 410-224-3663.

If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
If you have a poisoning emergency, contact the Poison Help Hotline 1-800-222-1222

After-hours phone calls should be limited to urgent matters that cannot wait until the office opens.

After hours, our providers do not have access to medical records and do not renew prescriptions. They do not discuss chronic complaints, routine questions or long-term concerns. They do not schedule, nor cancel appointments. They will not call in prescriptions for a problem that was not first evaluated in the office.
