Education: Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) – University of Maryland School of Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Messiah College

Nursing Experience: Morgan has worked as a pediatric nurse at the Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital and in the Pediatric Emergency Department at University of Maryland Medical Center since 2013. Her DNP project focused on child and adolescent suicide prevention through implementation of universal suicide screening.

Certifications: Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse

Personal interests and hobbies: Morgan is originally from Lancaster, PA and moved to Baltimore with her husband in 2015. She loves her Baltimore City community and volunteers with the SHARPkids after-school program and as a mentor. She taught Zumba classes and loves dancing and music. She also enjoys cooking, playing the violin, yoga, skiing, and running.
